Financial Analyst
Job Description
A financial analyst will provide analytical support and actively participate in the deal origination and execution process interacting with Managing Directors and Business Development professionals and their clients. Triarch is a small investment banking boutique, so an analyst will be exposed to all facets of the advisory process and have an opportunity to learn and contribute across a broad spectrum.
Main Duties
- Prepare comprehensive valuations of private and public companies including discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transactions, return on invested capital, and merger consequence analyses
- Conduct industry and company research
- Build and use financial models
- Draft marketing pitches, offering memoranda, management presentations
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate degree with high academic achievement and focus on business, finance and/or economics
- Candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance and/or consulting
- Detail-oriented and self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Strong work ethic and outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Great team player with professional maturity
